Refund Policy:

At GOWAWAN, we guarantee that all products are original, authentic, and of the highest quality, with at least one month remaining until their expiry date. If you encounter any unforeseen issues with your order, please contact us ammar.suleimani@gmail.com., and we will be happy to process a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

- All items are quality checked before dispatching; however faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving.

- Provide us with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and attach relevant photos of the products or packaging

- For online paid orders, the paid value will be refunded to the same account/card used for the transaction.

- Refunds in store credit can be processed once the item is returned to our facility, and the credit will appear in the customer’s account within 24 hours.

- Credit card refunds can be processed once the item is returned to our facility, but it might take up to 14 days for the refund to show up on the credit card statement, depending on your bank’s policy.

- For PayPal payment, refund fees will be applied as per PayPal’s policy.
